By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. 1. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.

2. Payment Terms

An advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be cleared before the commencement of the trip or as per the invoice terms. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods mentioned on our website.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: 80% refund of the advance amount.
Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% refund of the advance amount.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 working days to the original source of payment.

4. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the traveler to carry valid government-issued ID proofs (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.) and necessary permits. GoTrivano is not liable if a traveler is denied entry due to incomplete documents.

5. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, road blocks, strikes, or government regulations. Any additional costs incurred due to such changes will be borne by the traveler.

6. Liability

GoTrivano acts as a facilitator for travel services. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to life or property during the trip. Travelers are advised to purchase appropriate travel insurance.
